Amuse-Coeur is a heartwarming act that will make your guests’ or employees’ hearts beat a little faster. It also gently explores what’s going on in the minds of your team and what they may need. Depending on the size of the group, two or more waitresses will be present. One fixed or custom-made Amuse-Coeur collection is made available to the public.
Two formats are possible:
A mobile version, where the amuses are served on trays while walking around.
A stationary version (like a small booth or stand), where people can browse and pick something that speaks to them.
