During this one-day training, employees and managers will learn the skills needed to adopt a more assertive attitude. Personal experiences from the workplace are thoroughly explored. There is ample time for reflection and practical exercises covering all aspects of assertive behavior. You learn from and with each other. The impact is long-lasting: participants become sustainably more assertive and gain greater self-confidence. Individuals with aggressive tendencies learn how to shift toward a more pleasant and effective communication style.
You will learn how to handle criticism and also how to provide constructive feedback. You'll discover how to adapt your behavior to different people and situations. You will learn how to act in conflicts, during aggression, and in difficult conversations... In short, you’ll learn to communicate assertively, but most of all, positively and constructively in the workplace.
