Description

First, we stimulate the taste buds by sniffing chocolate powder mixed with 13 spices from the Swiss Alps. Then, we taste some chocolates and embark on a journey through the world of chocolate, making chocolate from the cocoa bean. We have an actual cocoa tree with us for illustration and will demonstrate how to make chocolate starting from the cocoa bean. After that, everyone will create their own chocolate bar with accompanying garnishes.
