Description
This team-building activity is all about the senses: seeing, smelling, hearing, and feeling. We start with an interactive introduction where participants learn about the life cycle of the bee. Then we dive together into the intriguing world of bees. We open a beehive, observe what's inside, and look for eggs, larvae, honey, pollen, dancing bees, and other fascinating elements.
After this exploration, we reflect on what we have discovered. What insights can we gain from these experiences? And how can we apply these lessons in our daily lives and at work?
The session starts with an interactive introduction, where we pay a lot of attention to safety and any fears of bees. Then each participant receives protective clothing, and the beekeeper guides the group in opening, observing, and inspecting the beehive.
