Description
At the beginning of the activity, we divide the participants into different teams. Each team will brew its own beer. The brewer introduces the ingredients (malt, hops, yeast, and water) and the brewing process. You will taste and learn to recognize the main characteristics of each ingredient. After an introductory phase, the teams start brewing the beer with the master brewer. Discover the secret of creating your own beer during brewing, thanks to the recipes we provide. Brew your own whole grain beer with your team. You will be able to taste four different types of beer.
