Description
Join us for a 2-hour workshop/atelier to discover the basics of California-style Mexican cuisine. After a short introduction, we'll start by preparing our signature Homemade Guacamole as a group, then we'll prepare some refreshing Agua Fresca (our homemade drink made with pressed seasonal fruit), then we’ll discover all the delicious ingredients at our counter and we’ll teach you how to roll your own burrito!
Of course we'll finish this workshop with a convivial tasting of all your creations, which completes your travel to sunny Mexico and California for a few hours.
