We welcome you in our cosy chocolate house in Kampenhout near Leuven or we can come and visit you. Next, we explain a few basic principles of the chocolate world and then you can get straight down to work. In groups of about 4 people, you work together to bring the chocolate up to the right processing temperature. You then individually make your own student oats, spray your ganache pralines or finish off your truffles and create your own chocolate bowl. Each participant takes home a well-filled box of approximately 500 grams!
