Description
We welcome you to our cozy chocolate house in Kampenhout. Then you will receive an explanation of some basic principles within the chocolate world and you will immediately get to work. In groups of about 4 people, you will work together to bring the chocolate to the right processing temperature. Then you will individually make your own trail mix or other creative figures.
In part 2 of this team building, we challenge you for the chocolate challenge! We split into small groups and you will make your own ganache fillings. You get a basic recipe, but you can add to it yourself. How? By tasting and awakening your taste buds. Think, for example, of dark chocolate with whiskey or white chocolate with Malibu. Do you take the safe route and choose the classic praline filling? Or are you more of a daredevil and aren't afraid of caramel and Pink_chocolate chocolate? We provide very diverse flavors such as matcha, chouffe cream, gin, and cointreau, but also classics like Baileys and Amaretto. Something for every sweet tooth!
Do you dare to let your colleagues taste your creations? Each participant takes home a well-filled box of about 500 grams!
