Description
We welcome you to our cosy chocolate house in Kampenhout. You will then be explained a few basic principles within the world of chocolate, after which you will immediately set to work. In groups of around 4, you work together to set the chocolate at the right processing temperature. You will then individually make your own student oats or other creative figures.
In part 2 of this teambuilding, we'll challenge you to the chocolate challenge!
We will split into small groups and you will make your own ganache fillings. You will be given a basic recipe, but you will add to it yourself. How? By tasting and arousing your taste buds. Think dark chocolate with whisky or white chocolate with Malibu, for example. Do you take the safe route and opt for the classic praline filling? Or are you more of a daredevil and caramel and pink chocolate chocolate don't scare you off? We provide very diverse flavours such as matcha, chouffe cream, gin and cointreau, but also classics such as Baileys and Amaretto. Something for every sweet tooth!
Do you dare show off your creations to your colleagues?
Each participant will take home a well-filled box of approximately 500 grams!
