During this workshop centered around seasonal cooking, we will prepare a complete meal together – from starter to dessert – or a selection of tapas (your choice), which we’ll then enjoy together with colleagues.
It’s the perfect opportunity to learn how to create simple yet flavorful dishes using fresh vegetables and natural, authentic ingredients from the garden: vegetables, wild herbs, and edible plants.
The idea is to reconnect with what really matters – with what the earth provides… and above all, to savor the moment. A time for connection, enjoyment, and sharing. Because cooking truly brings people together. It tells the story of who we are: where we come from, what we value, our families, our memories.
