Description
During this escape box, teams step into a playful and connecting escape experience where behavior and communication are central. The activity is based on the four color types – red, yellow, green, and blue – which align with well-known personality and behavior models such as DISC, Insights Discovery, LIFO, and the work of Carl Jung. This provides participants with recognizable insights into their own communication and behavior preferences and those of their colleagues.
In groups of 3 to 5 people, teams take on the challenge together to open this box full of wisdom. They do this by processing information, making connections between different elements, and solving original puzzles. Only by combining the strengths of all colors can the box be opened.
The experience is enhanced by a specially composed setlist with music, tailored to the different colors and their behavior and communication preferences. The music sets the rhythm of the game, enhances the atmosphere, and ensures that learning is not only understood but also felt.
The result? An energetic team activity where playing, learning, and connecting come together. With insights, interaction, healthy competition, and concrete tools to work better together as a team.
