Description
We do not see things as they are, but as we are.
In every team, our own preferences, beliefs, and communication styles color how we collaborate and communicate. Therefore, understanding these differences is essential to work together more effectively, smoothly, and with greater understanding.
During this interactive PlayLab session, teams discover in a playful and accessible way how different communication styles manifest in behavior, interaction, and collaboration. With exercises such as Team Bingo, a Style Brainstorm, an Observation Challenge, and targeted team interaction assignments, patterns become visible that normally remain under the radar.
Participants gain insight into both themselves and each other, thanks to exercises based on the Non-Verbal Strategy Analysis. By looking at facial features and micro-observations, team members discover their own behavioral tendencies and those of others.
The result:
More self-awareness in personal communication stress profile
More understanding for colleagues, as differences become visible and discussable.
A stronger team feeling, thanks to shared experiences, fun, and recognition.
Better interaction and collaboration, as team members learn to read and align with each other's style.
Attention to similarities and differences, enriching the mutual dynamics.
The goal of this PlayLab is to give teams insight into different behavioral styles and interaction needs, so that collaboration, communication, and effectiveness noticeably improve. By playing, observing, and reflecting, a deeper understanding arises that can be immediately applied in the workplace.
