HAKA Workshop

For this activity, you can choose between two formats:

• Joint Company Haka: 45–60 minutes

This haka is a unified session where everyone learns a customized company HAKA together, based on the core values of the company. The content is coordinated in advance with the facilitator (e.g., via a Teams meeting). Sound amplification must be provided for groups larger than 50 people.

• Haka Workshop: 1.5 hours (workshop in smaller groups)

The session begins with a short introduction. The coach explains the step-by-step process for creating your own haka. Participants then work in small groups to develop their own haka. As a final “battle,” each group presents their haka to the others.
