Description
We start with an energetic introduction in the form of a debate, where participants immediately dive in and actively think about the impact of body language, observation, and interpretation.
Then we work in small groups with the Body Language Cards: positive and negative body language, first impressions, and the rules of correct interpretation. We explore not only what the other person tells us non-verbally, but also how the team views our own body language, what impact it has on the conversation, and how we can approach conversations more effectively. We conclude with one personal action point for each participant, so everyone takes away something concrete.
Participants learn to recognize signals in others and discover how they can use body language themselves to make conversations smoother, clearer, and more positive.
With lots of action, a bit of theory, and a strong link to practice, we cover topics such as:
noticing and interpreting non-verbal signals
avoiding unwanted signals
positive and negative body language through the Body Language Game Cards
the pitfalls of interpretation and how to avoid them
the influence of mindset on your body language
responding appropriately in tense or sensitive moments
using body language in conversations
After a telephone introductory conversation, we fully tailor the form and content to the needs of your team, so that the workshop maximally aligns with your context and goals.
