Description
We walk 4 to 5 km in a forest or nature. Along the way, we regularly stop for playful and active exercises: a gentle warm-up, playful and humorous laughter exercises, breathing techniques, and a laughter meditation.
A laugh walk is much more than a fun activity. Laughing is the fastest way to release stress. It boosts creativity, strengthens memory, and brings colleagues closer together. Laughter is contagious, and before you know it, everyone is laughing along! Even participants for whom it initially feels a bit awkward quickly get the "giggles."
