Description
We meet with a drink and a snack by the fire. We depart on our foraging walk and teach you the medicinal and culinary properties of a number of plants. We harvest what can be found and process the bounty under the guidance of our wild chef over the open fire into a true feast that we enjoy together.
After this relaxing day, you will know some plants by name and have learned how to recognize and process them in the kitchen. We do all this in the midst of a biodiversity paradise with a flower picking meadow, beehives, runner ducks, chickens and sheep, fruit trees and, of course, lots of wild growth! At the end of the day, our bellies are full with a delicious meal to which everyone has contributed. A real team building, as everyone's input is valuable!
