Description
We introduce some very simple exercises that one can work on daily during work or at home. The golden combination of focus, movement, breathing, relaxation, and mental strength provides the group with many insights and tools for a healthy and energetic life during this workshop. Mindfulness, stretching, yoga, breathing exercises, and optional massage techniques are covered.
The facilitator then teaches the participants some self-massage techniques, which can also be practiced in pairs (optional). This is done while sitting on a chair and focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders.
All techniques and tools have a scientifically proven benefit and contribute to a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
