Description
In this ceremonial encounter with the element Water, we invite teams and organizations to reflect on their own flow.
Where does it flow freely, and where has it stalled? What movement needs to be heard in the individual, the team, or the organization as a living system?
Using natural pigments from sources like beets, spinach, and earth, we work on recycled materials such as wood and handmade paper. Not to create art, but to give space to expression, intuition, and the collective dialogue that arises when words are allowed to rest for a moment.
Every brushstroke becomes a conversation with what is alive, an invitation to listen, let go, and renew.
Working with recycled materials reminds us that within an organization, nothing is lost: every experience, every story can once again become a carrier of meaning. This creates a foundation for transformation, creativity, and collaboration based on trust.
