Description
Each participant answers a number of questions from the Proust questionnaire in advance. This is a kind of friendship book for adults. We determine the questions together with you. The completed questionnaires are processed into a quartet per participant, the parts of this quartet form pieces of information that one receives after completing the tasks.
We create a team division focused on establishing a basic atmosphere. The game proceeds in subteams that gather as much information as possible through short group dynamic tasks (focused on communication and cooperation). There is a competitive element, but this is not the main focus: the teams need each other.
Towards the end, it becomes important to put together the obtained information (the pieces of people) and connect it to the right person. If all goes well, we can literally complete the team puzzle at the end... Participants can choose how actively they are involved in each task (depending on physical abilities).
