how pizza dough works
how to open a dough ball without pressing the air out
how to correctly top a pizza
how to launch a pizza into the oven
how temperature and fire affect the baking result
Each participant makes multiple pizzas and learns different combinations of toppings.
We make different types of pizza, think of a classic margherita, pizza salami or other toppings, vegetarian variants, and a sweet dessert pizza. You will undoubtedly discover how versatile pizza can be.
