Understanding non-verbal communication online is now more important than ever. Whether you meet with your colleagues, sell or negotiate or have to facilitate a group. We're doing it mostly online at this time, and it will remain hybrid as well. Days are filled with online appointments in programs such as Teams, Zoom, Google Hangout, etc. You persevere and in the meantime you notice that you are getting tired, that miscommunication arises and that it is difficult to really understand what is really going on.
It will be discussed during this online workshop. The workshop is interactive, and we also work with exercises in the break-out rooms.
