What can you expect?
Nothing is mandatory, everything is allowed: Do you want to take the helm yourself and feel the power of the elements? Our captain will gladly teach you. Would you rather gaze at the horizon with a drink in hand and catch up with your company? The boat is yours.
Team building at sea? A sailing trip is the ideal way to strengthen collaboration and communication within a team. By switching roles on board, everyone learns to trust each other and act purposefully together in a unique setting at sea.
Stories of the world seas: Let yourself be carried away by the stories of our captain. He is happy to share his juiciest anecdotes about distant shores and adventures on the great ocean.
Accessible to everyone: sporty or just looking for peace; our sailing trips are for everyone. Experience is absolutely not necessary.
Optional: Team Coach on Board: "At sea, you immediately see the impact of teamwork. If you sail together, you move forward. The sea is a mirror. It does not lie, it responds directly to your team's actions. Our team coach not only observes but facilitates and integrates these insights directly into practice. It makes invisible patterns visible: Who takes the lead when the wind picks up? What role does everyone take? How is communication handled under pressure?
Organize a regatta? Do you want to add an extra competitive element to your event or team building? Then we can organize a regatta or friendly sailing race. A unique experience on the open sea where teams actively participate in navigating, collaborating, and steering their own sailboat. During the return trip, an exciting "sprint at sea" can be held against other sailboats, or a full regatta can be developed. This experience creates team spirit, challenge, and unforgettable moments on the water. The price for a regatta is always tailored, depending on the number of participants, ships, and the desired formula.
Optionally, after returning to land, you can enjoy a cozy winners' drink and an atmospheric BBQ to talk about the experiences at sea.
Choose the moment that suits you best, the 'afternoon or morning drift' (half day) or the 'full sea experience' (full day). The perfect break to clear your mind. A complete day or half immersion in peace and nature. A few hours of pure focus on the natural elements and each other.
