This fun team dynamics day is all about increasing confidence in the team. Different topics will be covered depending on the duration of the activity:
*Extra charge for the do-session, depending on the chosen activity (e.g. cooking demo)
- Activating team dynamic exercises with the entire team
- Activating do-session* (e.g. cooking healthy food together).
- Increasing psychological safety in the team. We look at the question: what can we do as a team to get closer together, to make the team function better and be more confident?
- Building confidence through active exercises or connecting conversation exercises
- Theoretical and practical section on communication
- Compliment exercises
