Description
The goal of the workshop is clear: to provide insight into behavior, personality, and communication styles.
The structure is very interactive. We start with a dynamic team exercise. Then follows a short introduction about what, how, and why of this workshop and the underlying philosophy. The group then moves and, using mood boards, brainstorming, and thoughtful questions, compiles the typologies. It is always amazing how much we can already extract from the group. Then follows a feedback session and a second practical team exercise where we let them feel according to which quadrant they react during the exercise. Still on the menu: self-assessment, tips and tricks on how to deal with other behavior styles, dynamic feedback, and exercises around contrasting types, tension, and communication with teammates. And of course, a lot of interaction.
Result:
The strengths, pitfalls, and development points of the team are mapped out.
Understanding each other's behavior preferences leads to more understanding for each other, allowing us to better understand and discuss irritations and conflicts.
Thanks to this workshop, the team will:
Gain more insight into themselves through exercises based on the color personality typologies.
Gain more insight into others through exercises based on the color personality typologies.
Strengthen the team spirit
Strengthen contact through the time they have spent together
Pay attention to similarities and differences in the team
Gain insight into how to deal with other personalities
You will go home as a stronger team with more insight into others and more understanding for the differences of others. Bet that after this workshop we will look at colleagues through a different lens?
