Each team has its own equipment and tempering machine. They will need to master tempering, molding, coating, and decorating. Tasks must be divided, the work coordinated, creativity unleashed, and... they'll have to try not to eat everything before the end. Each team will present their work and creation. Who will win the battle to become the best chocolatier? Naturally, all creations may be taken home to be tasted and shared with colleagues and family.
