Description
The participants step into a fictional mystery where no murder is central, but rather the mystery of engagement and motivation. In four short rounds, teams build on the same task each time: an object that symbolizes “evidence”. The task remains identical, but the context changes each round. And that's exactly where insight arises: why does collaboration work here? And why does it stall there?
Each round confronts the team with a different collaboration dynamic. The leader changes each time and there is one observer. In an accessible and enjoyable way, everyone experiences what this means for:
team spirit and mutual connection
communication under pressure
initiative and ownership
creativity and problem-solving ability
After all the rounds, we bring the clues together: Where did the team feel flow? When did the energy drop? What made people take initiative, or scale back? And most importantly: what circumstances help us function stronger as a team?
The result is a shared insight that is immediately applicable in daily collaboration.
The Engagement Mystery is built on a scientific model, but participants do not need to know the theory. They feel the impact of different contexts and naturally translate that experience to their own team practice.
