Change is part of life and teamwork. Everyone experiences it in their own way: visibly or quietly, powerfully or searchingly. The Tree of Connection invites teams to reflect on this in a creative, safe, and accessible way.
During this team building, participants create a large symbolic tree together.
Using roots, trunk, crown, and environment, they explore:
what supports people during times of change
how resilience and stability take shape
how connection and collaboration grow
which talents and qualities become visible in the team
The focus is on creating, observing, and experiencing together. Sharing happens through imagery and symbolism; personal stories are never mandatory. This creates space for everyone's pace and way of participating.

The Tree of Connection: Creative team building where teams build a symbolic tree around change and collaboration. Through imagery, color, and symbolism, a safe, connecting experience arises that shows how everyone deals with change in their own way.
From Root to Crown: A connecting walk followed by creative building. During a peaceful walk, teams collect natural elements that symbolize strength, connection, and change. These are then incorporated into a collective tree.
