The workshop will proceed as follows:
Introduction
Presentation of scientific research on the WHM
Breathing session accompanied by live music
A short break, followed by an (optional) ice bath.
If you have no experience with cold exposure, we recommend that in the days leading up to the workshop you finish your showers with cold water. This may feel overwhelming at first: try to relax, focus on your breathing, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.
This workshop is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of health. As a precaution, we advise against participation if you are pregnant or suffer from epilepsy. If you have cardiovascular issues or other serious health conditions, please consult a doctor before exploring the Wim Hof Method.
