You can expect a tour through the vineyard, vinification area, and brewery where the history, current, and future operations of the domain are discussed. This includes an extensive tasting with about 6 samples: our sparkling wine, our rosé wine, our house beer FAL, a surprise beer, and our non-alcoholic alternative kombucha.
The brewer will share his family's passion & explain the different processes of wine production, beer brewing, and making your own kombucha. Immerse yourself in the wonderful world of fermentation & imagine yourself in the south of La Douce France among the vines.
