Our ergocaoch visits and scans the working environment. An info session zooms in on why sitting is the new smoking. What happens to our bodies? And what can we do to break this sitting marathon?

Tailor-made exercises are taught per team because exercising together is not only stimulating, it is also just more fun. How cool is it not to have a daily powerbreak at the office or during the umpteenth team-zoom meeting?
