General questions

First, you register on the platform. Our partnership manager will then schedule an exploratory conversation with you and set up the dashboard for you.
At Funkey, there are no fixed costs. You only pay a small startup fee, followed by a commission per booked teambuilding.
We always charge the same price to the customer that you would charge directly to the customer. We take a 15% commission. No cure, no pay. As long as your activity is not booked through our platform, you don't have to pay us anything.
The invoicing to the customer is handled through Funkey. You may invoice the cost of your activity and send the invoice to [email protected]. The invoice amount is the total amount minus the agreed commission. What should always be included on the invoice? Customer details Invoice reference number (available on the dashboard) Customer's name Name of the activity as listed on our website Price per person (excluding and including VAT) + the applied VAT rate Deducted commission from the total amount

Referral partnership

Register via the website, and after an exploratory conversation with our partnership manager, you will receive a unique link and a page where you can offer your venue or catering service alongside Funkey’s activities.
Place your unique Funkey link on your website. When a customer books through your link within 7 days, you receive a reward.
You receive a notification every quarter of the amount you can invoice to Funkey as a reward for your referrals.
