This workshop is for the bold and for groups who love pushing their limits! You will be introduced to the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Techniques, Cold Exposure & Commitment, and explore the underlying physiology. For those who dare, the workshop concludes with an ice bath containing at least 140 kg of ice! You will receive personal coaching during this (optional but highly recommended) ice bath experience.
