Ecstatic Ethnic Dance is a dance session that involves barefoot free dancing.
So, no rehearsed dance steps, just letting your body move freely to the rhythm of the music.

No dance steps, but letting movement arise from your feelings and body.
The combination of various genres of electronic music will accompany you.

We use the electronic music from Ecstatic Dance, but add live music with ethnic instruments.
World instruments that ancient peoples have used for centuries for healing, communication and connection.
Think of cajon, African drums, mouth harp, American Native flutes, Australian didgeridoos, Oriental gongs, etc.
We go literally !

We adhere to 3 simple guidelines that make our dance experience even more authentic and intense:

1. We dance barefoot
2. We don’t talk
3. We do not use toxic substances (no alcohol, no drugs,…)

This activity can take place indoors or outdoors. We are equipped with all necessary materials and bring all music equipment ourselves. With 2 power outlets we have enough.
We also have Silent Disco Headphones, which make it possible to dance in the open air without disturbing nature or neighbors. A very special experience!
