Fruit and Chocolate workshop (life!)

The perfect match!
We combine fresh seasonal fruits and dried fruits with Chocolate.

Program:

– refined chocolate dégustation and fondue with fruit

– explanation of the making and processing of chocolate

– creation of an assortment of ice cream pralines with fresh bananas (white, milk, dark and ruby chocolate)

– Creation of an assortment of dipped strawberries (white, milk, dark, and Ruby chocolate).

Everything is nicely finished off with various garnishes and packaged to take home. The ice chocolates are packed with dry ice in a special box (-80 °C).

Our Chef provides an unforgettable experience, which will surprise many family members when they return home.
