We dive right in with a challenging teamwork exercise. This allows us to observe how collaboration and communication unfold within the team. Afterwards, we delve deeper into 5 team competencies through 5 collaborative challenges.

After each challenge, we take a moment to reflect on the progress of the completed task, and team members identify areas to focus on for the next challenge. At the end, we discuss the progress made, potential pitfalls, and also draw connections to the workplace. You will leave as a stronger team, with increased attentiveness to one another, various aspects of teamwork, and communication. After this activity, you can start implementing the insights in your daily teamwork.
