Description
A team takes on the challenge of raising as much money as possible for a good cause through a series of accessible and varied tasks (each linked to an amount). The activities focus more on collaboration and communication than on competition.
At the end, there is an exciting final test: it determines which colleague decides to which charity the collected amount goes (or, if the goal is already set, who may hand over the check as an ambassador). Thus, the last task provides a strategic, surprising, and enjoyable closing moment.
Regarding the amount for the charity, there are three options:
The maximum amount is determined in advance and later effectively transferred to the chosen charity.
There is no budget within the organization, but the team decides to actually collect the amount at a later time through their own initiative.
The amount remains fictitious, and the participants focus on the experience of the activity itself.
