In this workshop, we work with different cuts of meat. Ranging from entrecote, to bavette, to picanha, tomahawk, and other cuts*. In all preparations, meat is central, and we build a dish around it. We focus on different preparation methods (searing, smoking, slow cooking...). Meat lovers will certainly enjoy this.*according to the current offer

This brunch BBQ can start in the early morning. We work through a number of dishes from 'breakfast' to lunch. A series of different smaller snacks that cover the Brunch load. We work in such a way that the dishes are easy to recreate at home, but first and foremost ensure a cozy and culinary atmosphere.

A workshop exclusively with Ofyr devices. Learn to work with these powerhouses and experience the coziness of open fire. In this workshop, we will prepare 2 appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. All according to the rules of Ofyr. We always ensure that the plate is full of goodies. We use the devices to the maximum.

Streetfood BBQ workshop is a workshop where we take a culinary world tour. We make Asian, Persian, European, and American dishes. No lack of variety. At the end of the journey, you won't have jet lag but a deliciously full stomach ;-).
