This is an active and educational experience for every participant, with plenty of hands-on involvement. The focus is on the technical aspects of grilling, such as correctly lighting and controlling the fire.
The grilling and dressing take place in the open air, while we prepare the dishes and enjoy the food together in the cozy wooden chalet.

During the winter months, a thick sweater is handy. You work indoors, but you bake outdoors.
Extra drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, prosecco, or mocktails can be freely taken from our fridge and are charged per consumption.
