Description
Drumming on the body, creating music with unusual instruments such as plastic buckets, wooden sticks, barrels,... it's a great and unique way to connect with each other. Playing together allows members of a team to develop their listening skills and ability to tune in with themselves and with others.
By reconnecting to our tribal spirit, clapping our hands together, stomping on the ground, snapping our fingers, singing, ... We remember where we originally came from. How simple it is to feel united, to create a tribe feeling. Through a body experience that allows us to get to know each other from a different perspective, a finer tuning emerges. Trust, solidarity and confidence are strengthened in the group.
