This is the perfect teambuilding for colleagues who love fun, adventure, and collaboration.

  • Your own unique game: We make the game super personal by asking players to fill out a questionnaire beforehand. We incorporate the answers from the questionnaire into the challenges.

  • Memories for life: Whether you capture the flag or get completely lost, this team outing always delivers a day full of hilarious moments. Think of funny photos, videos, and stories that you'll laugh about at the office for weeks.

Start the engine! This is what a Roadtrip teambuilding looks like:

  • Drive to challenge locations: From your starting location, you drive to the challenge locations. We ensure that you visit the most beautiful spots in the area along the way.

  • Complete challenges: By completing a challenge, you receive hints about which flag you should and shouldn't capture in the finale. Challenges are tailored based on a questionnaire that players must fill out in advance. This way, each game is a unique experience for each team!

  • Finale - Capture The Flag: The team that captures the most correct flags in the finale wins. The game can be concluded with drinks or dinner at the finale location (at an additional cost). The perfect place to share all the stories of this roadtrip with each other!

  • Onsite Support: We come to your location and take care of everything related to the game: we explain the game, provide support on-site, and ensure that you don't have to do anything during the game itself. The teams receive snacks and drinks for the road. At the end, we organize a small award ceremony with a prize for the most creative photo and, of course, a beautiful trophy for the winners.

The starting location is flexible. Teams can start from the office or another location. We create a custom route based on the specified start and end location. Transportation during the game is done in your own cars.

- This teambuilding is developed with the help of young people who are stuck. They learn new skills, gain more self-confidence, and get a new perspective!
