We have an unconditional laugh that comes from the belly, allowing us to sustain it longer.
Laughter yoga consists of the following 4 components:
Warming up the body with hand clapping based on the laughter mantra HOHO HAHAHA
30 to 40 laughter exercises from daily life alternated with breathing exercises
Laughter meditation where we go from a made-up laugh to a spontaneous belly laugh
Guided relaxation to completely unwind
