Description
Everyone belongs to a color family. Team members who belong to the same color family share recognizable characteristics: how you view life, what you find important, and what motivates you from within. Your color family feels like your home base and shows which values are essential to you.
Each color family has its own motto that perfectly summarizes what this color stands for. During the workshop, we use hearts to make these values and motivations visible in a playful and visual way. This quickly creates recognition and understanding within the team.
Beforehand, all participants fill in a short online questionnaire. Based on this, they discover their color family. The questionnaire is completed about 14 days before the workshop, so everyone can participate well-prepared and relaxed.
During the workshop, we bring everything together: insight, interaction, and fun, and you experience how different color families strengthen each other in collaboration and communication. After the workshop, each participant receives a personal online report of 3 pages with insights about his/her color family.

Collaborating in Color - Basic
An energetic, interactive workshop where you discover which color families are present in the team. With playful exercises and hearts, you quickly gain insight into each other's values and ways of collaborating.
Collaborating in Color - Extended
In addition to the basics, you discover how color styles strengthen each other and where misunderstandings arise. With extra exercises, you make concrete agreements to immediately improve collaboration.
Collaborating in Color - Challenge
A dynamic workshop with game elements and team assignments. You work in color teams, solve challenges, and experience how the different color families collaborate in action with a healthy dose of fun and energy.
