Description
What does a sled dog team experience when they encounter a snowstorm? What emotions run through the team – and through each individual – at that moment? How we deal with pressure, uncertainty, and fear is crucial. That's why we designed a workshop that makes these challenges tangible. No theory, but action. Experience, feel, grow.
This experiential workshop is a sequence of powerful exercises that take you out of your comfort zone. Activities that impact, but are always safe and carefully guided. For example, we literally have you break an arrow: with the point against your throat, you step forward in a controlled manner. An intense exercise in mental strength. Then you learn how to safely stand on a bed of razor-sharp nails – a physical metaphor for trust and balance.
The glass walk, with its vulnerability and focus, completes the picture. Together, these exercises form a unique experience that encourages reflection and connecting conversations. Everyone feels involved, no one stands on the sidelines.
