Description
In the first part, we focus on breathing and you learn what is important to pay attention to if you want to relax. We do many different exercises for this so you can experience what suits you best and so you can discover new things.
Additionally, we then work with our entire body, doing a number of exercises so you feel the effect and the relaxation it brings you. This way, you learn new things and can vary when you continue practicing on your own. This workshop is very fun to do and... it makes you completely calm!
