Description

Accompanied by a wild-picking guide, you walk in the rural area of ​​Meise (near Brussels), Kluisbergen (Flemish Ardennes) or Viroinval region and you will receive an explanation about the use of wild plants as food. After the walk, you will cook on a wood fire and learn to prepare some wild edible plants yourself.

Our most luxurious option, popular with people or companies who already have a strong interest or connection with better cuisine. We walk together through nature, getting acquainted with game picking under the guidance of experienced guide. We then sit down with a top chef in a unique setting in nature. This chef provides several courses, inspired by what game picking can add to our palette of flavours and health.
