After the introduction, the real fun begins: you’ll choose from a selection of unique and exotic botanicals to create your own custom gin. The distillers will guide you through different flavour profiles — their personal favourite? A surprisingly spicy Himalayan pepper.
Once your gin has gone through the full process, it's time to taste. Tom and Pieter-Jan will take you on a sensory journey that will forever change the way you experience gin.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll head home with fresh knowledge and your very own bottle of handcrafted gin.
