Description
During these sessions, the facilitator creates a continuous sound journey with, among other things, gongs, singing bowls, drums, and various percussion instruments. Sometimes these are supplemented with voice, subtle melodies, or soft electronic sounds, creating a layered and immersive soundscape that is constantly in motion.
Participants lie or sit comfortably on a mat or chair, often with closed eyes, and are invited to simply be present without having to do or achieve anything. The focus is on experiencing the sounds and vibrations in the body, which can help release tension and deepen relaxation.
Each sound journey is different and is often experienced as a personal inner journey, creating space for peace, reflection, and recovery.
