Description
In this workshop, we will cook a full menu on an open fire. We will use fire bowls, tri-pods, open fire BBQ, ... and we start from scratch, meaning we use a flint to ignite everything. Who in your team is the most skilled and gets their fire going first? We will prepare several appetizers, a main course, and a dessert, all cooked on the open fire.
The menu consists of several appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. We prepare everything above, in, and next to the fire. We thus use the fire optimally, allowing you to learn different techniques.
