Preparation /warming up:
Relax-breathing: We learn to breathe correctly, we learn to create more space in our breathing and thus breathe ourselves into calmness.
Mindset and focus: We discover how to use visualizations to prepare for stressful situations and learn how to apply this in the workplace. We also discover the calming effects of cold water on body & mind and why it is good to learn to slow down for an important event instead of speeding up.
Warming up the body (loosening the body, removing tensions, loosening respiratory muscles,...)
Active: Following this workshop, an initiation into freediving (without an oxygen tank) can also be followed. Discover the underwater world in complete silence using only your own lungs. We aim to build up to a 10-meter dive. Not mandatory. We build this up gradually.
