What do participants learn during this session?
By learning to deal with your saboteurs, you learn to switch more quickly from negativity to positivity and to make more conscious choices.
We work with company-specific cases: in a group, you view matters from different perspectives and learn to reason solution-oriented from your PQ brain.
You deepen your relationship with colleagues through team exercises. You engage in conversation with your colleagues about your saboteurs. This leads to better group dynamics.
The format of this activity is a keynote form, but it can also be offered in a workshop form of a half-day training. Here, the theme is explored in more depth through various work forms, exercises, applications, etc. The keynote form (1:30) is mainly to make the theme discussable, to raise awareness. If you prefer a sustainable behavioral change, a more in-depth training is needed (3:00).
