  • Sleep disorders (causes and consequences).

  • The sleep cycle and the sleep-wake wheel with our three pilots, 2 internal (biorhythm - sleep pressure) and 1 external ( light - stress - nutrition- ...).

  • Importance of our lifestyle habits ( stress-light-exercise-nutrition-temperature)

  • Breathing

  • Sleeping routine

  • Sleeping tips





You will also get hands-on with breathing exercises, yoga poses and relaxing Qi Gong and Tai Chi movements.
